Early in my career, while managing fulfillment and marketing operations for a multi-million-dollar e-commerce brand led by a celebrity, I decided to look where no one else was looking.

By validating the data and challenging that assumption, I revealed a hidden backlog of unfulfilled product that had quietly grown for nearly nine years.
I brought the findings to leadership, helped design the fix, and within weeks we began clearing a problem no one even knew existed.
That discovery not only unlocked massive operational and revenue impact for the company, it’s what ultimately led to my promotion to Chief Marketing Officer and being head hunted by more than one business.
