Early in my career, working inside multi-million–dollar e-commerce operations, I uncovered a nine-year backlog of unfulfilled orders buried in a data file no one had reviewed. Fixing that one issue unlocked massive revenue and led directly to my promotion into a CMO role.
Since then, I’ve been called into businesses where growth is stalled and the answer isn’t obvious. In one case, I identified over $2M in lost revenue from unanswered inbound calls, something no one had seen.
