DIGITAL AUDIENCE GROWTH + LEAD GENERATION CASE STUDY
Growing Digital Audiences and Generating Approximately $10 Million in Campaign Revenue
Marketing leadership spanning YouTube, Instagram, Facebook advertising, email-list growth, event promotion, and website improvements over approximately five months.
A high-profile public figure and media organization recruited me after hearing about my work with other high-profile clients.
Television viewership was declining, and the organization wanted to strengthen its online presence and increase revenue.
I led the marketing work across digital channels and campaigns. The engagement included audience development, Facebook advertising, lead generation, event promotion, a website redesign, and an SEO audit.
Over approximately five months, campaigns generated approximately $10 million in total revenue. YouTube watch time increased approximately 900%, Instagram grew from approximately 1,000 to over 10,000 followers, and one Facebook ad campaign added approximately 4,000 new email subscribers.

THE CHALLENGE
Build Digital Momentum as Television Viewership Declined
The organization already had public recognition and an established television presence.
However, declining television viewership created a need to develop more traction online.
The assignment involved growing digital audiences while also generating revenue. It required leadership across the marketing work, with practical execution rather than recommendations alone.
The work extended across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook advertising, the email list, event promotion, and the website.
MARKETING LEADERSHIP AND EXECUTION
01. YouTube Audience Development
I led work to grow the organization's YouTube presence.
Over the approximately five-month engagement, YouTube watch time increased by approximately 900%.
Watch time measures how much time people spent watching. It is distinct from subscriber count and total video views.
02. Instagram Growth
I grew the Instagram presence from approximately 1,000 to over 10,000 followers.
This expanded the organization's audience on another digital channel alongside its television and YouTube activity.
Follower growth is reported as an audience result, not as evidence that every new follower became a lead or customer.
03. Facebook Lead Generation
I developed, designed, and executed a Facebook ad campaign that added approximately 4,000 new people to the email list.
My responsibilities included creating the campaign assets and managing the campaign's execution.
This was one campaign's subscriber result. It is separate from the total revenue generated across campaigns during the engagement.
04. Event Promotion
I used Facebook advertising to promote a free event held in a theater.
The event filled beyond the available seating.
An exact attendance count and venue capacity are not available, so no numerical attendance figure is claimed. Because the event was free, attendance is not presented as ticket revenue.
05. Website Redesign
I redesigned the website with conversion in mind.
The objective was to support the path from digital interest toward the organization's intended actions.
No measured before-and-after website conversion rate is available for this case study.
06. SEO Audit
I conducted an SEO audit to identify opportunities for stronger organic search visibility.
The audit is presented as work delivered. It is not presented as a measured increase in organic traffic or rankings.
07. Revenue-Generating Campaigns
The work also included campaigns that generated approximately $10 million in total revenue over the approximately five-month engagement.
This is the combined campaign result. It is not attributed entirely to the email-list campaign, the free event, or any single social channel.
THE RESULTS
Digital Growth and Campaign Performance Over Approximately Five Months
Approximately $10 Million in Campaign Revenue
Campaigns during the engagement generated approximately $10 million in total revenue.
This figure is not presented as profit, incremental revenue above a baseline, or an independently calculated return on advertising spend.
Approximately 900% Growth in YouTube Watch Time
The organization increased the amount of time people spent watching its YouTube content.
The result concerns watch time, not a 900% increase in subscribers or views.
Instagram Grew Beyond 10,000 Followers
The starting audience was approximately 1,000 followers. During the engagement, it grew to more than 10,000.
Approximately 4,000 New Email Subscribers
One Facebook ad campaign added approximately 4,000 new subscribers to the organization's list.
These were new email subscribers, not a claimed number of buyers.
A Free Event Filled Beyond Available Seating
Facebook advertising supported attendance at a theater event that filled beyond its seating capacity.
No precise attendance figure is claimed.
THE BIGGER LESSON
Digital Growth Requires More Than a Larger Following
An established public profile provides a starting point, but each marketing activity still needs a clear job.
YouTube watch time reflects content consumption. Instagram followers represent audience growth. Email subscribers provide an opportunity for continued communication. Event attendance demonstrates participation. Campaign revenue measures a different business outcome.
These results should be understood together without treating them as interchangeable.
My role was to lead the marketing work across those activities and carry campaigns through strategy, asset creation, and execution.
The engagement also included the website and search assessment, connecting channel activity with the wider digital presence.
That breadth reflects how A Call To Thrive approaches growth: consider the business objective, understand the roles of the different channels, and build the work required to support the goal.

Results reflect the engagement account supplied by Aimee Montgomery. Figures are approximate and relate to an approximately five-month engagement. Campaign revenue, audience growth, new email subscribers, and event attendance are separate measures. No controlled attribution study, independently audited results, or quantified website-conversion or SEO improvement is claimed. Client details are withheld, and individual results vary.
