EXECUTIVE BRANDING CASE STUDY

Strategy and implementation across her website, book launch, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and automation.

← All case studies

A Fortune 500 CEO hired A Call To Thrive to launch her executive brand and build the digital infrastructure around it.

The assignment included her website, book cover, book funnel, lead magnets, email campaigns, newsletter, social media strategy, content, advertising, and the systems connecting new leads to the main organization.

I led the work from creative development through implementation, collaborating with her marketing team so the executive brand could support the wider business.

The email list grew to approximately 4,000 subscribers. The engagement also delivered 11 automations and a connected collection of brand, content, and campaign assets.

The Challenge

Build an Executive Brand With a Business Purpose

The client wanted to establish her own brand while using her book and visibility to create opportunities for the organization she led.

That required more than a website or a series of promotional posts. Someone discovering her through an article, video, advertisement, or book promotion needed a relevant destination and a clear next step.

The work also needed to connect to the organization's existing marketing team.

New leads could not remain in a disconnected personal-brand system if the objective was to support the main business.

My assignment brought the creative, marketing, and implementation work together around that purpose.

What I Built

01. Executive Website and Brand Assets

I launched the website and designed its graphics, creating a digital home for the client's executive brand and campaigns.

The work included the book landing page, opt-in pages for lead magnets, and a link-in-bio destination for visitors coming from social media.

These assets gave different campaigns relevant places to send people.

02. Book Cover, Landing Page, and Launch Funnel

I designed the book cover and built the supporting landing page and book funnel.

The funnel connected the book offer with a wider experience and follow-up, supporting the client's goal of bringing more business into her organization.

I also created promotional material for the launch, including advertising creative, social content, and video assets.

The launch was reported as successful. Book-sales totals, launch revenue, and resulting business revenue are not available for this case study.

03. Lead Magnets and Opt-In Pages

I helped create and launch lead magnets and designed their opt-in pages.

This gave the brand multiple ways to begin a relationship with interested visitors rather than depending entirely on an immediate purchase or inquiry.

Records covering January 2025 through March 2026 show approximately 1,850 landing-page opt-ins.

That is a reported opt-in count for the period, not a claim that every submission was a unique new subscriber or qualified buyer.

04. Newsletter Writing, Design, and Email Campaigns

I wrote the newsletter and designed its templates, along with the wider email templates and campaigns.

The work connected audience growth with ongoing communication. New subscribers needed relevant material after signing up, and the team needed a consistent approach to producing and sending it.

I also connected Kit and SparkLoop as part of the newsletter setup.

05. Eleven Automations and Team Integration

I created 11 automations across the brand's marketing and funnel activity.

The work included automation around Facebook advertising and coordination with the organization's marketing team so leads could move into the main business.

The executive brand needed to work with the organization’s marketing operations rather than build an audience with no practical connection to the business.

06. Paid Lead Generation and Advertising Creative

I ran Facebook advertising, created campaign audiences, and developed the advertising assets.

The activity included book promotion, Instagram promotion, and lead generation to cold audiences.

For one reported cold-audience campaign, the results showed a cost of approximately $2 per lead with approximately $2,000 in spend.

Those figures describe platform-reported lead acquisition. They do not establish customer acquisition cost, lead qualification, or revenue from those leads.

07. Social Media Strategy, Content Planning, and Video

I developed social media strategy and content plans across the channels included in the engagement.

This included plans for growing on Instagram and LinkedIn, managing TikTok, and creating content and promotional assets to support the executive brand.

I edited videos, created social content, promoted her Inc. articles, and provided guidance on how to publish and use the content.

The work connected media visibility, book promotion, audience growth, and the supporting website and email destinations.

YouTube was not part of the engagement.

No numerical Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok growth result is claimed in this case study.

The Results

Approximately 4,000 Email Subscribers

The email list grew to approximately 4,000 subscribers through the engagement's audience-building work.

This is the reported list size, not a claim that all subscribers came from one advertising campaign or that every subscriber became a customer.

Approximately 1,850 Landing-Page Opt-Ins

Records covering January 2025 through March 2026 show approximately 1,850 landing-page opt-ins.

That reporting window is separate from the broader list milestone. These measures may overlap and should not be summed.

Approximately $2 per Cold-Audience Lead

A reported Facebook campaign acquired leads at approximately $2 each, with approximately $2,000 in spend.

The campaign result is a lead-acquisition measure, not evidence of sales conversion or return on investment.

Eleven Automations and a Launched Brand System

The engagement delivered the website, book cover, book funnel, opt-in pages, newsletter, email templates, social strategy, content plans, advertising creative, and 11 automations.

It also connected lead generation with the organization's marketing team and main business.

The Bigger Lesson

An Executive Brand Needs a Path Beyond Visibility

A book, article, social account, or advertisement can introduce someone to an executive's ideas. What happens afterward depends on the assets and processes supporting that attention.

In this engagement, my work extended from the book cover and website through social strategy, lead capture, newsletters, advertising, automation, and team coordination.

The value was in launching those pieces as a connected system with a business purpose.

That reflects the broader approach at A Call To Thrive: understand what the business wants to accomplish, determine what the strategy requires, and build the assets and processes needed to put it into practice.

Does Your Expertise Have a Clear Path to the Right Audience?

If you have established expertise but your positioning, content, and digital presence are not communicating its value clearly, the next step may involve more than increasing how often you post.

Your audience needs to understand what you stand for, why your perspective matters, and how to continue the relationship.

Creator Intelligence™ connects positioning, authority, thought leadership, and market perception. When the work requires implementation, Activations™ can help build what the strategy calls for.
