A Call To Thrive is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist to support our client work across social media, content creation, and website updates.

This is an opportunity to work inside a boutique, results-driven agency that supports e-commerce brands, public figures, and online entrepreneurs. If you love bringing creative ideas to life, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your marketing skill set, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do
Creates and distributes content across social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to establish brand authority, manages company reputation, provides social customer care, facilitates partnerships with key influencers on the social web, and introduces offers where appropriate. Assembles images, typography, and other visuals to make visual content engaging and memorable while maintaining brand consistency. The right candidate will have experience in social customer service and a deep familiarity with a variety of social media platforms. 
They specialize in creating and curating a variety of content across the social web in order to support the organization’s content marketing initiatives.

Social Media Manager/Graphic Design (Primary Focus)

  • Create visually compelling graphics and content
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTuve and occasionally TikTok
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form pieces (ideally experience with Capcut)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
  • Pull analytics and report on performance

Basic Copywriting (Secondary Focus)

  • Write or lightly edit captions, headlines, and post copy. Most copy will be provided to you.
  • Follow brand voice guidelines and messaging maps
  • Collaborate on story-driven content ideas

Website Content Updates

  • Make light updates inside WordPress (no development required)
  • Upload blogs, update landing pages, replace images
  • Ensure pages remain visually clean, functional, and optimized

Who You Are

You’re a creative, resourceful marketer with a strong eye for design and a passion for crafting content that performs. You’re comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines without hand-holding. You are passionate about social media, creativity and impacting lives who consume the content online.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have 2–3 years experience in digital marketing or social media management
  • Are proficient in Canva (or willing to become a pro fast)
  • Have a solid understanding of major social platforms and what drives engagement
  • Can update WordPress without needing dev support
  • Are comfortable with light copywriting and editing
  • Are eager to learn, grow, and adapt
  • Can follow direction while bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Communicate clearly and deliver work on time

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with Pinterest
  • Experience with YouTube optimization
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, Descript, etc.)
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, SocialBee, Metricool)
  • Knowledge of simple SEO principles

Hours & Compensation

  • Freelance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Compensation: $1,000–$2,000/month depending on skills and workload(We will discuss exact scope during the interview.)

Location: Remote in the U.S. Only

Start Date: February 16th

    We have an office in Frisco, Texas at The Ford Center “The Star” should you want to work from an office. The office is stocked with vending machines, coffee tea and the normal benefits you would expect. We offer full access to a gym to work out and are near all of the best restaurants. Our property is located next to a pond/lake and waterfall with plenty of place to go for walks and decompress.
